By far the best carpet cleaning experience ever!
I was not sure why their results were so dramatically better than others I’ve experienced, but then I learned they use very hot (steamy) water with a specially formulated cleaning solution that's injected deep within the carpet fibers and then extracted. I guess others I’ve used had less than hot water, and then do not extract the debris after. Not completely sure, but in any event, my carpets looked like new. Their staff is highly professional and competent, and they guaranteed their work. Thank you Ultra Steam!
